We provide artificial grass installation services for residential and commercial properties in North Port, FL and surrounding areas. Our services include site preparation, turf installation, and ongoing support as described in your service agreement.
Estimates and Quotes
All estimates provided are based on the information you give us about your project. Final pricing may vary if site conditions differ from what was initially described. We will notify you of any price changes before starting work.
Payment Terms
Payment terms will be outlined in your service agreement. We typically require a deposit before starting work, with the balance due upon completion. We accept various payment methods including cash, check, and credit cards.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule your service, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Deposits may be non-refundable if work has already been scheduled or materials have been ordered.
Warranty Information
We stand behind the quality of our work. Warranty details will be provided in your service agreement and may vary based on the type of service and materials used. Manufacturer warranties on turf products are separate and will be provided at the time of installation.
Property Access and Safety
You agree to provide safe access to your property for our crew and equipment. Please inform us of any hazards, underground utilities, or special access requirements. You are responsible for securing pets and ensuring children are kept at a safe distance during installation.
Limitation of Liability
While we take every precaution, we are not responsible for pre-existing damage to underground utilities, sprinkler systems, or other hidden conditions not disclosed before work begins. Our liability is limited to the cost of services provided.
Dispute Resolution
If you have any concerns about our services, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to resolve any issues. Any disputes that cannot be resolved directly will be handled according to the laws of the State of Florida.
Changes to Terms
